Environmental Crimes - Staff Directory

Recognizing Delaware County’s longstanding environmental justice issues and the magnitude of the local petrochemical industry, the Delaware County District Attorney launched the Environmental Crimes Unit (ECU) in January 2020. The ECU is the first of its kind in the Commonwealth. No other Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Office includes an Environmental Crimes Unit. Working in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and state environmental agencies, the Delaware County ECU prosecutes violations of Pennsylvania’s environmental statutes that occur in Delaware County
