Reentry Coalition

Through a grant from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime & Delinquency (PCCD), the DAO initiated a strategic planning process that has brought together an extensive group of community partners, returning citizens, public officials and business representatives to assess the resources then available to returning citizens and to identify the service gaps that exist in those services.
