Tanner Rouse is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Fordham School of Law. A native of Phoenixville, he joined the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office immediately after law school, eventually rising to the prestigious Homicide Unit. Tanner has prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from first degree murder charges to hate crime charges stemming from racial abuse at a Black Lives Matter protest here in Delaware County. He lives with his wife and two children in Swarthmore.
