This division is commanded by a lieutenant and conducts investigations not covered by the Special Investigation and Homicide and Violent Crime Divisions.

They specialize in the following:

• Insurance fraud
• Embezzlement
• Elder crimes
• Vehicle theft investigations
• Arson investigation and the Delaware County Bomb Squad are also covered by this Division.
