Virtual Seminars Held Monthly

The Crozer-Keystone Recovery Center is hosting a series of free community education and demonstration seminars about NARCAN, a medication used to rapidly reverse the effects of an overdose. The virtual Narcan Education sessions via Zoom. The presenter will be Stephanie Witsch.

The seminars will include NARCAN education and information about addiction and recovery. Additionally, a NARCAN demonstration will be provided to show how to use this life saving medication in the event of an overdose. Resources will be provided on how and where to access NARCAN and treatment for a loved one. After the presentation, each participant will receive a free NARCAN kit. The kits and this education are made possible by the support of the Delaware County Office of Behavioral Health.

Zoom sessions take place from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM on these dates:

January 20 – February 17 – March 17 – April 21 – May 19 – June 16

If interested in attending please RSVP to Monica Perry at monica.perry@crozer.org or call 610-619-8645 to register. Zoom meeting link will be sent upon registration. After completion of the virtual training trainers will schedule a time to pick up the Narcan kit at Community Campus. Canned good donations will be collected when onsite Narcan kits are picked up.
