Only paper – not cardboard – will be accepted. Staples and paper clips need not be removed. All shredding takes place on site.

As we continue the fight against the opioid epidemic, the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office will be accepting unwanted medicines, prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs. By law, needles and epi-pens cannot be accepted.
